    We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

    When you make a purchase on our website, you may be asked to provide details such as your name, email address, billing and delivery address, phone number, and payment information. This information is used solely to:

    • Process and fulfil your orders

    • Communicate order updates

    • Provide customer support

    • Personalise your shopping experience

    We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use service providers to operate our store, fulfil orders and provide customer support, including Shopify and our hosting and AI service providers. Information is provided to these services where needed for those purposes. If you use Ava, the additional information below explains how the assistant handles your questions and optional voice recordings.

    Ava, our AI shopping assistant

    Ava helps customers find products and get assistance by text or optional voice. Text questions and relevant conversation context are processed using OpenAI. Product searches and shopping carts use Shopify, and the assistant is hosted on SiteGround. Information may be processed outside Australia by these service providers.

    Voice is optional. Recordings are sent to OpenAI for transcription; Ava does not save the audio recording in its application database. You can review and edit a transcript before sending it as a question. Spoken replies use an AI-generated voice.

    Conversation text is normally removed from Ava’s application after 30 days without activity. Conversations linked to unresolved enquiries are retained while we follow up. Enquiry contact details and summaries are handled separately. Rob reviews resolved enquiries inactive for 30 days to remove information no longer needed or retain necessary order, support or dispute records in the appropriate business system. Enquiry removal is reviewed manually, not automatic. Service-provider records and hosting backups have their own retention arrangements; application cleanup does not erase them.

    Please avoid entering passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in the assistant. Email rob@pokershop.com.au for questions or access, correction or removal requests.
