- "How do I order full custom poker chips?"
The best thing to do is to contact us via email explaining what you have in mind. It can be as vague as "I'd like a set designed with my favourite footy team theme or as detailed as you would like.
- "Can i order semi-custom poker chips?"
If you see a design you like from our Ceramic chip range, email us direct telling us which style & explain how you would like it amended and let us know which denominations you would like. If you have logos or pictures, please email them to us. In most cases customers are quite happy just modifying one of our semi-custom chips to their specifications.
- "Will I get a proof?"
Depending on the complexity of the design, within 2-3 business days after your order, we will send you a proof for your approval. We will revise the proof until you are satisfied.
- "What if I am buying these for a gift and know nothing about poker?"
Please ask us if you are not sure about which denominations to purchase. We will assist you in this process and make sure the set you buy will be a functional set for the recipient. Don't worry, this is our job! We will assist you in any way we can!
- "Why are your Ceramic chips so expensive?"
